COMMENTS: With carb restrictors, the driver can select either low fuel
            consumption or high power, allowing a wide range of engine control
            Usage is as follows:
              -6mm:  Suitable for technical (narrow) and bumpy course when
                       less fuel consumption is more important.
              -8mm:  Suitable for high-speed and flat courses that require
                       power.
              -7mm:  Installed in carburetor. Suitable for technical courses
                       and when moderate fuel consumption is desired
