Mac's muffled tune pipes, made of hard, aviation-grade aluminum, add an extra
piece of aluminum tubing to the tail outlet, creating an extra chamber to cap-
ture and dissipate noise. Thus, they reduce noise while increasing RPM and
power, although not as much as a regular tuned pipe. This pipe will fit any
(airplane style) engine with a displacement of .40 -.60 cubic inches and equip-
ped with a header (also called an exhaust manifold) and a silicon connector
(it comes with any Mac's header you buy).
