          Four 3x8x0.53mm flat washer (IDxODxThickness)
          Four 3x5.5x1.08mm split lock washer (IDxODxThickness)
          Four 3mm nylon lock nut

REQUIRES: Installing on the boat
          A #1 phillips screwdriver for the screws
          A 5.5mm wrench for the nuts
