This is the Eagle Tree Guardian 2D/3D Inertial Stabilizer

FEATURES: Smooths out air turbulence and provides true wing leveling capability
            to help recover from lost orientation
          2D flight mode helps beginning pilots return model to level flight
            when needed, and helps compensate for windy conditions, imbalance,
            poor aerodynamics, or high motor torque
          3D flight mode makes control snappier for precision manuevers and
            has two submodes for 3D flying;
             In 3D Heading Lock submode the Guardian locks onto the present
              attitude (pitch, roll, and heading) allowing easier stunt
              performance
             In 3D Gyro submode the Guardian uses its built-in 3 axis gyro to
              increase model's stability, reducing effects of gusts,
              turbulence, motor torque, and other factors
          May be tuned with a small screwdriver or set up on a PC with a USB
            cable (not included)
          Small size installs in fuselage and connects between receiver and
            servos-no additional sensors or hardware to install
