          One 5x11x2mm metal bushing, HPIC2071
          One 5x10x2.5mm spacer
          One M6 locknut, HPIC0669
          One 2.5 x 12mm pin, HPIC0669
          Instruction sheet


REQUIRES: Small phillips screwdriver TAMR7407, needle nose pliers DTXR0300,
            and 2mm hex wrench, GPMR8011
