            Carburetor Settings-
          Carb is factory set, readjust only if engine is running incorrectly
          Idle Screw: Turn clockwise to increase idle and counterclockwise to
            decrease idle
          Low Speed Needle: 1/4 turn open from maximum RPM position
          High Speed Needle: 1/8 - 1/4 turn open from maximum RPM position
