This is the LiPo Protection Module from Heli-Max.

                 **Will not work on the Heli-Max AXECPv3.**

FEATURES: Helps to extend life and performance of the battery used in the
            Heli-Max AXE CP and AXE CP-L
          When battery becomes discharged this module slowly reduces throttle
            letting pilot know it's time to land
          Will not allow over-discharging of battery
          Will not reduce flight time
          Leads are labeled, just plug in-no set-up required

INCLUDES: Heli-Max LiPo Protection Module (LPM), instruction sheet and two zip
            ties

REQUIRES: Installing and plugging in following instruction sheet

COMMENT:  This module is designed for 3 cell (11.1V) packs and will not work
            with any battery that has a different number of cells
