This is the Black Roman RR 3/8" - 1/2" Dry Transfer Decals
from Woodland Scenics.
FEATURES: Letters and numbers are 3/8" and 1/2"
Transfer easily in seconds to any smooth or textured surface,
around contours and into grooves
Position where desired, rub gently with the Woodland Scenics Dry
Transfer Burnisher, and remove the carrier sheet
Depending on the specific application, Dry Transfer Decals and
Model Graphics are suitable for O, HO and N scales
Won't crack and very durable
