This is the Expanded Scale Voltmeter from Tower Hobbies.
This is ONLY designed for testing NiCd and nickel-metal hydride
Transmitter and Receiver Batteries.
It cannot be used to test capacity or voltage in glow plug NiCds or
other field batteries below 4V.

Simulated load on transmitter side is 250mA
Simulated load on receiver side is 225 - 275mA
Detects under-charged battery or bad cells in a pack
Green = good, Red = recharge scale with bottom numbers representing
receiver batteries and top numbers representing transmitter packs

COMMENTS: Diode protected transmitter batteries cannot be tested through the
transmitter charge jack. The battery must be removed from the
transmitter to get an accurate voltage reading.
